Audience: New hire employees and employees hired within the last five years, ages 18 and older, employed full-time.
Problem: The company has an annual retention rate of 60% of their new employees. New employees are leaving the company within the first five years of employment, costing the company time, money, and resources to train new hire employees.
Solution: This course was designed to help employees implement strategies that promote work-life balance and prevent burnout, increasing company retention, employee satisfaction, and mental health.
Process: The course is structured using the ADDIE model, identifying the need and focusing on what steps need to be added for learners to be successful. The course is organized by learning objectives and include Kirkpatrick's level 2 and 3 levels of evaluation, including a 6-month data-analysis of employee retention and a bi-annual employee satisfaction survey.

Audience: New hire and current employees, male and female adults 18 and older, all ethnicities, high school education or higher. Learners have a basic knowledge and experience in customer service and physical education.
Problem: Memberships at Revive Fitness have significantly declined, creating a decrease in profit. Employees can answer questions about what the gym has to offer but are unable to answer questions customers have about personal goals and how to reach them.
Solution: In this course, learners are trained on how to assist gym members with creating and maintaining a fitness routine that is tailored to their specific fitness level and nutritional needs to increase new memberships and member retention by 25%. Success would look like higher customer satisfaction, memberships, and overall profit.
Process: Learners follow a scenario-based problem from the beginning of the course, using interactive lessons on each learning objective, followed by knowledge checks, and finishing with a continuation of the scenario and levels 2 and 3 of Kirkpatrick's levels of evaluation, including a 3-month performance evaluation and member survey, as well as a 6-month data analysis.
