I am a problem solver and self-starter. I look at situations in different ways, analyzing each outcome and process, to determine the best plan of action. I have earned a masters in Curriculum and Instruction that has helped me create employee trainings and deliver them in a variety of ways to accommodate diverse learners.
My passion for my own continued education and my position in an educational leadership role led me to Instructional Design. Through Applied Instructional Design Academy, I have earned certifications that have enhanced my knowledge of adult learning theory, the ADDIE model, Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation, as well as the Instructional Design Process, Articulate Rise, and Articulate Storyline, as highlighted through my certifications included below.
I enjoy DIY projects and finding creative ways to update my home. My future goals include learning a new language and an instrument. I would love to be fluent and travel, learning about different cultures the best way possible, immersion.
